Does anyone know about the Park Theater, near the casino restaurant, in the 1940s in Trenton?

Whenever we would go by there when I was little, my mom would always tell me about seeing "shows" there for a nickel and getting free fiestaware dishes.

It was in todays newspaper that it was torn down. I wonder if anyone cleaned out any thing of value.
I hope someone will use this space for the good of the comunity, example, a park,free parking ,public gardens
My grandmother used to take me there. They showed foreign films with subtitles. I could not read at the time.
