Capalbo's Restaurant

I was a big fan of Capalbo’s Restaurant, and really sorry to see it go; the local dining community never really gave it the support I thought it deserved (probably because it’s SO DANGEROUS to go to a restaurant on S. Clinton Avenue… please, people – get OVER yourselves, already). Anyway, anybody know what former owner Jason Kuey is up to?

Does anyone know where the former Chef at Capalbo's in now? He made the best Chicken Marsala ever. If he has a new location, I would like to visit it.

I am going to look into this Ava's on the Bay in Tom's River. I hope he has not given up making the Osso Buco he used to make at Calpabo's --- best thing I have ever tasted in my life! - VJ
