How common is it for sea wildlife to make it up the Delaware River as far as Mercer County?

A harp seal was spotted lounging on the bank of Crosswicks Creek in Hamilton earlier this week, and last year a whale's visit to the Delaware River in Trenton made headlines for days. What other sea creatures have been sited in this neck of the woods over the years, and how common is it?
